Sarah has been a licensed therapist for 17 years. She began her training at the Dayton School of Medical Massage in Dayton, OH. in 2001. She practiced in Ohio until 2005 when she moved overseas and lived in the Austrian Alps for a year and a half volunteering at an international Bible school and conference center. Returning to the States she moved to Estes Park, CO in late 2006 and began working as a therapist in town in early 2007.

Sarah opened her own clinic in 2013 and has enjoyed working in private practice immensely! She moved to the Front Range in 2018 and is excited to be a part of Natural Health Associates and offer the Front Range of Northern Colorado quality bodywork. Her history with athletic endeavors and knowledge of human anatomy elevates her skill set above others. She is certified in neuromuscular therapy, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, cupping, gua sha, Ashiatsu barefoot therapy, and positional release techniques.

Sarah also holds a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and graduated summa cum laude. (Yes, we know that's random. It makes for great conversation starter :) )Her desire is to see all people, regardless of medical condition, free from muscular pain and its associated problems.
